About the event
This practice will be lit entirely by candlelight helping us balance emotions, still our minds and open the deep connective tissues in the body using various yin asana.
Indulge in a deep, meditative and profound practice infused with beautiful music, poetry and scented candles. Â Surrender into the poses while exploring them for longer periods of time in order to let go of tensions stored in the body.
