Spring Renewal Retreat

Carol-Lee is a Breathwork practitioner and Enneagram coach.  She believes that a life worth living is one where you are unapologetically YOU and deeply connected to your breath.  Allow her to guide you to the immense healing of your breath.

Cheryl and Tamarin make up Gong - a mother, daughter collaboration of sound.  Join them for a sound journey - let the sound frequencies and vibrations clear old blockages, cleanse your body and mind while manifesting new beginnings.

Nicola is a cacao kuchino, yoga teacher and womb healer.  Her passion is to nourish you and support you to reconnect to your essence.  She is excited to lead you through a nourshing cacao ceremony intended to open you your heart.

Lauren is a yoga teacher, red tent facilitator and preacher who is deeply committed to supporting women to connect to their inner authority.  Join her for a red tent gathering intended to shine light on your shadows to make way for the new.
