This transformational breath journey will explore SOUNDS OF SILENCE.  In silence, we can allow the healing rhythm of our breath to find and gently open the spaces within us that we have held onto so much for so long and let the healing wisdom held in the silent spaces whisper to us.

This journey will be a time for YOU to quiet your mind, listen, absorb and process all that is present within you, and an open invitation to your breath to guide you in releasing that which no longer serves you, allowing you to pour love into the spaces that need healing.  Emerging feeling uplifted and more deeply in touch with yourself at a soul level.
