Women's Wellness Day Event
Gather with us to celebrate on International Women’s Day for a transformative Woman's Wellness Day, dedicated to empowering women through community, self-care, and connection. Participants will have the opportunity to engage in yoga sessions, meditation, and TRE®, with a light lunch included.
Come join us for the day, or pop in for the sessions you’d like to attend.
We will also be having our full moon circle directly after at 18:30 for those wanting to attend.
